livedin is for working professionals sharing a flat in Bengaluru: a room in a place somebody already lives in, or a flatmate to go looking with. The rent you see is the room's share, already split, not the whole flat's.
Searching needs a verified work email, so the person on the other side knows who you are. Listing a room does not. No brokers and no listing fee: you message whoever lives there.

Those area pages need no JavaScript, and each one carries every live room in it.
